PHOTOS: Portland Holi festival brings a splash of color to Pioneer Square

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — For the first time ever, the Indian festival of Holi came to downtown Portland with two days worth of family-friendly fun.

Known as the “Festival of Colors,” Holi celebrates the coming of Spring and equality for all. Portland’s gathering even featured organic flower petal colors straight from India.
