PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The body of a man who fell into the Sandy River on Tuesday, March 25 was found on Sunday by a community member, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office
“This tragic incident serves as a sobering reminder of the serious hazards posed by local waterways during the spring months. Even as warmer weather begins to arrive, rivers remain cold, fast-moving, and unpredictable due to spring runoff, creating conditions that can quickly become life-threatening,” CCSO said.
