Man arrested after allegedly firing a handgun from a vehicle in Centralia area

Officers with the Centralia Police Department, with assistance from the Lewis and Thurston county sheriff’s offices, arrested a man who was allegedly firing a handgun out of a vehicle early Wednesday morning.

The man, identified as Carl J. Brundage, 39, of Portland, Oregon, was reportedly wanted out of Tigard, Oregon, as a suspect of third-degree assault, domestic violence.

Just after 2:25 a.m. on April 2, the Centralia Police Department received information from the Tigard Police Department in Oregon of a male subject traveling north on Interstate 5 in a dark colored BMW, according to a news release…
