Portland, OR – A frost advisory has been issued for central and southern Oregon, including the Portland metro area, beginning at midnight tonight and lasting until 9 AM Friday, April 4. The National Weather Service has warned that temperatures will drop to between 33 and 36 degrees, causing frost formation that could damage sensitive outdoor vegetation.
