VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — A 16-year-old boy was arrested after a shooting Thursday night at a carnival in the Vancouver Plaza parking lot, police said.
Officers responded around 9:15 p.m. to reports of a large fight involving a group of juveniles when one person fired a gun, striking a male victim in the stomach, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
Before officers arrived, someone at the scene drove the victim to a hospital. Police located the vehicle and made contact with the victim and a witness. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening…
