Liam Spahnle-Bailey ‘touched many people’s lives,’ his family recalled
A 13-year-old boy in Oregon was killed when a stray bullet fired two apartments over traveled through multiple walls and struck him as he slept.
The teen, Liam Spahnle-Bailey, was struck by the gunfire after a shooting that occurred in a nearby unit, the Gresham Police Department said in a news release.
