PORTLAND, Ore. — An alcoholic ice cream shop is now in town.
The grand opening of Tipsy Scoops commenced Friday at 4 p.m. at 3987 North Mississippi Avenue. The “barlour” offers ice cream in all forms: scoops, sandwiches, sundaes, cocktails, cakes and a flight of four flavors infused with — you guessed it — booze.
The New York-based chain has several locations, mainly on the East Coast, and is set to open five more in Nashville, Phoenix, Baltimore, Pensacola and Miami…
