PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Memories fade over time, but June 4, 2010 remains vivid for Kaine Horman.
“Going down to meet him at the bus stop and he’s not there, and then it progresses very quickly,” Horman told KOIN 6 News. “The stress, the panic, I think the general traumatization of the whole scenario.”
