PORTLAND, Ore. – The FBI in Portland says it’s foiled a planned mass shooting and improvised explosive attack at the Three Rivers Mall in Kelso, Washington.
The juvenile was arrested May 22nd by Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputies following a joint investigation with federal and local law enforcement agencies. The teen’s name has not been released due to their age.
