VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) – Two Vancouver police officers chased down and arrested a man using a pair of bicycles they commandeered, according to VPD on Wednesday.
VPD posted body camera footage on social media showing some of the chase and arrest that happened on the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail in the Ogden neighborhood, according to police.
