PORTLAND, Oregon — Piles of shattered glass sparkled along Northeast 106th Avenue and Northeast Halsey Street, the remnants of a night Traci King would rather forget.
“I don’t know, it’s kind of a little bit blurry. This could have went so different,” King said.
At around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, King was driving east on Northeast Halsey Street when she said a car came out of nowhere and crossed in front of her. King hit the car, smashing her front end in the process.
