PORTLAND, Or. — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested two more people outside of scheduled immigration court hearings in Portland on Tuesday morning, attorneys say, making for four total asylum seekers detained at the courts in just over a week.
The Innovation Law Lab represents all four individuals who are seeking asylum in the United States, and said each arrest was carried out through “identical tactics.”
