PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people were arrested Wednesday night after starting a fire outside the ICE building in South Portland, authorities said.
According to Portland police, they were monitoring the protests around 9:50 p.m. when they saw a man stacking flammable materials against the side of the building.
Police said they then saw another man walk up and place a lit flare on the material, starting a fire, which was then quickly extinguished by someone inside the ICE building.
