10 arrested outside Portland ICE building as protests continue

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Ten people were arrested outside the Portland ICE building Thursday night as ongoing protests continue both locally and across the country.

According to Portland police, throughout the evening, officers were monitoring the protest at the ICE building, focusing on threats to safety.

Throughout the night, officials said they developed probable cause for arrests, and shortly before midnight, they arrested 10 people for criminal acts ranging from disorderly conduct to arson.
