COLUMBIA COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – The 14-year-old boy accused of plotting a bombing and mass shooting at a mall in Kelso appeared before a judge in Columbia County on Friday.
In the heavily guarded, tense court hearing, state attorneys laid out their first pieces of evidence in the case, including details of the teen’s alleged plot. But limitations on FBI testimony and circumstantial evidence was heavily scrutinized, leaving more holes in the State’s case than before.
