Oregon police said they nabbed a fugitive by the name of Loony Toon after the suspect was in no joking mood when he allegedly opened fire on officers and spent three days on the run.
Milwaukie police said its cops arrested Loony John Franklin Kolb Toon, 42, Monday night after surrounding a residence in Sandy with SWAT members, crisis negotiators and U.S. marshals.
