Washington’s First In-N-Out Burger Expected to Open This Summer

PORTLAND, Ore. — The first In-N-Out Burger in Washington state could open as early as mid-July, according to local observers.

The popular fast-food chain’s new restaurant is under construction in Ridgefield’s Union Ridge Town Center. Steve Mathis, a 69-year-old Oregon native and longtime fan of In-N-Out, closely follows the progress.
