SHERWOOD, Ore. — A man accused of shooting at people before ramming a police patrol car in Sherwood earlier this month was indicted on 21 charges, Tigard Police officials said.
Investigators say they found 27 total shell casings after the shooting and reckless driving rampage that unfolded on July 6.
