SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — You may soon notice an increase in trash along highways near Portland.
Interstate Business Solutions, a highway clean-up company, laid off 40 of its Oregon employees on Friday after the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) announced it would allow its contract with the company to expire.
