PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A woman was stabbed and killed inside a home in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood and a man was arrested, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Officers responded to a stabbing report near Southeast Foster Road and Southeast 143rd Court around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
