A Hermiston man is charged with several felonies after police say he robbed two different pot dispensaries in Portland.
According to court documents, police were first called to Electric Lettuce July 30 around 4 p.m. on Northeast Dekum Street near Oneonta Street.
Employees told police that a man entered the store wearing a green camo mask and sunglasses, pointed a gun at them and asked for “all the money in the till.”…
