PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek has approved funds to create a public access point at a place some consider a hidden gem after previously threatening a veto.
The move approved $45 million in legislative money to acquire more than 40 acres on the West Linn side of the Willamette Falls.
