Bodycam footage released of deputy who shot, killed man in Vancouver

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is releasing new bodycam footage of a deputy who shot and killed a man two weeks ago in downtown Vancouver.

On July 30, deputies were trying to locate a man armed with a gun, who was allegedly drunk and high on meth and making deadly threats towards his family and himself, officials said.
