PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Two people have been arrested in connection with an injury shooting that took place in the Centennial Neighborhood.
The incident happened on Friday, Aug. 22, at 2:45 p.m. when east precinct officers responded to reports of a shooting near Southeast 148 Avenue and Southeast Stark Street.
