Multnomah County could face a lawsuit from the family of a man who died in a county jail, records show.
Carlos Morris, 46, died Jan. 8 in the Multnomah County Detention Center while apparently in withdrawal from opioids, medical records show. He died from the consequences of severe diarrhea.
