PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 49-year-old man appeared in federal court on Monday after prosecutors say he was flying a drone near the Portland ICE facility and spit on a federal officer.
The U.S. Department of Justice says Devin Montgomery, 49, was told to stop flying a drone near the ICE facility in South Portland on September 4 because of flight restrictions issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
