PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A body was found floating in the Willamette River near the St. Johns Bridge late Friday morning, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
At around 11:30 a.m., officials said a boater discovered the body in the river between the railroad bridge and the St. John’s Bridge.
