The Judge Lancaster House at Plas Newydd Farm is probably the oldest frame house in Washington

The Judge Lancaster House at 33415 NW Lancaster Road in Ridgefield, Washington (Clark County), is said to be the oldest frame house in the state. It was built from 1850 to 1855. This large house was home to Columbia Lancaster and his family. He was the first Congressional delegate for the new Washington Territory in 1854.
