PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was killed and one person was detained after a shooting in North Portland early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
Just before 2:30 a.m., Portland police said they responded to North Central Street in the St. Johns neighborhood, where there had been reports of a shooting.
When police arrived at the scene, they said they found a man dead and took someone into custody.
