A double murder-suicide that claimed the lives of a “loving mother” and her “shining light” daughter has rocked the Portland, Ore., community.
Just after 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, Portland police responded to a call about gunfire at a home on Southeast 64th Ave.
