PORTLAND, Ore. — Videos circulating on social media show federal agents detaining a man in Northwest Portland earlier this week, and later that same morning, residents in Hillsboro surrounding federal agents’ vehicles with their cars in a separate incident.
The Portland video, captured Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. along Naito Parkway, shows a man appearing to be detained by federal agents.
