PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — U.S. marshals on Friday arrested a second suspect in the killing of a sleeping 13-year-old boy at a Gresham apartment complex in April.
Xavier Romello Hirsch was arrested in Beaverton by U.S. marshals, Washington County sheriff’s deputies and Beaverton police officers.
Authorities say two other people were involved in the death of Liam Spahnle-Bailey, who was sleeping in his father’s unit at the Eleven Pines Apartment complex in Gresham on April 27, when several stray bullets pierced the walls of the apartment and killed him.
