PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Opening statements began on Monday in the trial of a man accused of killing his brother at their shared North Plains business last year.
Carl Horning was found shot to death in January 2024 outside the business known as Horning’s Hideout on NW Brunswick Canyon Road. Officials said he was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
