Boeing returns to court over 2024 door plug blowout over Portland

SEATTLE — Boeing will be back in court on Friday, facing a lawsuit brought by dozens of passengers who were onboard a 737 MAX jet when a door plug blew out mid-flight last year.

An attorney representing the 46 passengers claims Boeing should be held legally accountable for the physical and emotional impacts of the incident.
