PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people were arrested and accused of murder after what law enforcement officials described as a carjacking gone wrong that left one man dead in a Vancouver parking lot late last month.
On Oct. 26, just before 8 a.m., the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to reports of gunshots in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Vancouver. When deputies arrived, they found a man in the front seat of a vehicle with gunshot wounds, and he did not survive his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Vancouver resident Jacob Hall, the owner of a Dodge Challenger Hellcat, which was parked at 9413 NE 19th Ave. at the time of the shooting.

On Oct. 30, 24-year-old Beaverton resident Tyresse Hammer was arrested, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service and the Woodburn Police Department.
