PORTLAND, Ore. — A third suspect has been arrested in connection to the 2022 shooting death of a Somali refugee.
Portland police arrested Shaperryia L. Lambert, 41, in Northeast Portland on Wednesday. She’s been booked in the Multnomah County Detention Center on a second-degree murder charge.
