BEAVERTON, Ore. (KOIN) — A series of terrifying encounters on a quiet Beaverton street — some captured on dashcam — has led to a bias crime conviction. For the first time, the victim is speaking out about the repeated incidents and why he hopes others will report similar crimes.
“I was fearful for my life,” Krisna Sin said as he recalled the first time he saw the black car in April of last 2024, when the driver swerved dangerously close to him.
“I was coming to a stoplight, and suddenly a car appeared right in front of me, very violently, to the point where I thought I was going to actually rear end this person,” Sin said. “I was furious. It was just really unexpected. It came out of nowhere.”
