Portland police report no arrests at latest Friday night ICE protests

The Portland Police Bureau reported once again that it made no arrests during another round of protests against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Friday night.

The department deployed its Rapid Response Team, Dialogue Liaison Officers and other resources to monitor demonstrations Nov. 21 at the ICE building in South Waterfront.
