PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Towing rules for illegally parked and lived-in RVs will be back in effect starting Monday in Portland.
The fee to tow smaller RVs, boats, tiny homes and cars is $250, and for large RVs, it is $353.
People will need proof of ownership, insurance and a valid driver’s license to get the vehicles back…
