Amongst the soothing sounds of soft raindrops, open water and towering trees that make up Battle Ground Lake State Park were the sounds of bobbers and lures slapping the lake surface.
On Friday, Nov. 28, dozens of fishermen flocked to Battle Ground Lake State Park to try their luck catching a jumbo rainbow trout as part of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (WDFW) Black Friday statewide trout fishing opportunity.
