The Burglary Task Force is asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects in a recent burglary at a pipe shop on Southeast Division Street in Portland. The incident happened on November 13, 2025, at 3:53 a.m. Portland Police arrested Amber M. Turner, 39, near the scene. Turner faces multiple charges after a grand jury review. Investigators say two other suspects were also involved.
