On December 5, 2025, Vancouver Police began investigating an incident involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. The incident occurred the previous day. A cell phone video shared by community members shows a person being arrested. The video appears to show the person’s foot being struck by an ICE vehicle.
