PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 71-year-old woman was hit and killed while crossing the street on a mobility scooter in Forest Grove early Saturday morning, authorities said.
At around 6:45 a.m., officers originally responded to reports of a crash near Pacific Avenue and Oak Street.
Arriving in the area, they found a 71-year-old woman dead at the scene.
