A Wilsonville man was sentenced to 90 months in prison after pleading guilty to attempted murder for shooting his ex-girlfriend during a custody-related argument last year.
Clackamas County, OR. — A Wilsonville man who shot his ex-girlfriend during an argument last year was sentenced Monday to 90 months in prison.
Brandon Edyl Arroyo, 42, pleaded guilty on Dec. 8 in Clackamas County Circuit Court to Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. The 90-month sentence is the presumptive prison term required under Oregon’s Ballot Measure 11 for attempted murder convictions.
