VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN) — Strong winds knocked out power and brought down trees across parts of Clark County on Tuesday, forcing road closures and damaging several public parks.
Images from Clark County Public Works showed downed trees in parks from Orchards to Hazel Dell. Crews spent much of the day clearing debris and assessing damage.

At Otto Brown Community Park, seven large trees, some estimated between 80 and 100 feet tall, came crashing down during the storm.
