Vancouver Police Department suspends investigation into allegations ICE ran over man

The Vancouver Police Department has suspended its investigation into an incident where it was alleged that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents ran over a man that they were detaining during a traffic stop in early December.

The police department said it suspended its investigation because it has not been contacted by the man at the center of the allegation, Jose Paniagua Calderon, or his attorney, Police Chief Troy Price wrote in a post on the department’s website.
