PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland woman was arrested this week after allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian last month.
Mary G. Rust, 32, is accused of murder and other charges in connection with the Northeast Portland hit-and-run that occurred on Dec. 12.
Cold Weather Advisory issued for third straight night
On the day of the crash, Portland police responded just after 3 p.m. to reports of a crash in the 8700 block of Northeast Prescott Street. When officers arrived, they found a man dead at the scene. The victim was later identified as 63-year-old Portland resident Anthony Boyd.
