SCAPPOOSE, Ore. (KPTV) – A person has died after being hit by a car along Hwy 30 south of Scappoose on Friday.
The City of Scappoose says the crash happened on Hwy 30 near Juniper Way just after 6 p.m., leading to the closure of all lanes.
Three lanes of Hwy 30 were later reopened near the crash site at around 9:15 p.m. By Saturday morning, the highway had been fully reopened…
