COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A woman died after she was hit by a driver while crossing Highway 30 on Friday evening, according to Oregon State Police.
The crash happened Jan. 30, at about 6 p.m., on Highway 30 near milepost 19 near Scappoose. OSP said an investigation showed a driver in a white Dodge Ram 2500 was going eastbound when they hit a person crossing the highway.
