Texas men robbed ATMs in Oregon, Washington in multistate scheme, authorities say

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Two men from Texas recently pleaded guilty for their roles in an ATM robbery scheme spanning several states, including Oregon and Washington, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington announced Tuesday.

The United States Attorney’s Office said over the last few weeks, the men — identified as 22-year-old Ahmon Hogg, of Humble, Texas and 23-year-old Seth Coles-Body of Houston, Texas — pleaded guilty to two counts of bank robbery and two counts of attempted bank robbery in a scheme to steal from banks by assaulting and threatening ATM technicians.

The scheme spanned Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Mississippi and Maine, authorities said.
